DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Reservations are not required but highly recommended. If you arrive at the heliport without a reservation you may have to wait a long time for a flight or you may end up having to schedule a flight later in the day. There is also a $5.00 per person "walk in" fee if you do not have a reservation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

If your flight is canceled due to poor weather you can either receive a full refund or schedule your flight for another day at no additional cost.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT?

If you need to cancel your flight we require a call to our office at (212) 355-0801 by 8:00 a.m. the day that your flight is scheduled. There are no charges for cancelling and if you pre-paid for your flight you will receive a full refund within 48 hours of your cancellation. You can also reschedule for another day if you prefer at no additional cost.

HOW BAD DOES THE WEATHER HAVE TO BE BEFORE YOU CANCEL THE FLIGHTS?

We may cancel our flights in dense fog, low clouds, poor visibility, lightning, extremely gusty winds and heavy rain or snow. The temperature outside has no effect on flight conditions as the helicopters are equipped with both heat and air conditioning.

DO YOU FLY OVER THE CITY IN ANY OF THE TOURS?

Due to a "fly neighborly" agreement with the New York City Economic Development Corporation our tours do not fly over midtown Manhattan. The Ultimate and Deluxe Tours fly over the north part of Central Park, the Harlem River and Yankee Stadium on non game days.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE HELIPORT?

There is no parking at the heliport but there is a parking garage at the intersection of South Street & Whitehall Street or at the South Street Seaport (Pier 17).

ARE CHILDREN FULL PRICE?

Children 2 years old and older are full price since they need to sit in their own seat. Children under 2 years old must sit in an adults lap.

IS THE TOUR NARRATED?

The pilot does point out the major sites and will answer your questions but his main focus is to keep you safe in the air.
